I’ve got a conference at work coming up that I’d like to stream to all of our employees. We have just implemented Skype for Business and I will be shooting the conference with a Canon XF300. I believe I will need a video encoder that can go HDMI to a USB signal to do this.
Looking for feedback from anyone else who has had experience with this.

    Thanks!

    Take a look at this.
    “Blackmagic Web Presenter
Now you can make any professional SDI and HDMI video source appear as a USB webcam for high quality streaming on the internet!”

We have a couple of these and they are working fine doing what you describe. We have used a similar previously from Vaddio, however it is $1500 vs $495. New product from Black Magic so don’t know how current shipping is doing.

Oops. Left off note about the optional Teranex Mini Smart Panel that cost $85. Very smart addition.
