    Can Premiere Pro capture live HD footage through FireWire?

    If so, what are the most efficient way or ways to do so?

    OnLocation would be the best way.

    AFAIK, Premiere won’t capture DVCPro HD via firewire. I never tried it, but given how easy it is to ingest P2 cards, there’s not reason it should.
