LIQUEFY Effects + Motion Tracking

Does somebody know how to use the filer LIQUEFY on a video with a motion tracking.
By that, I want that a weird deformation made on Frame 01 follow the nose (for example) till the end of the video. I know how to track a video, a nose, an eyes, etc. But the filter never follow the area that i wanted to be deformedThanks for your futur reply.
