I attempted to view the video without success. Was the system too busy or is this no longer unavailable. I was able to download the project files.

I just tried it and it worked fine. Now, if you’re on a pc, the quickstart doesn’t seem to work, so it takes longer before it starts to play.It might be that the system was too busy. Please try it again.

For Lip-Synching Characters there is a good software called Crazy Talk that works fine.
