probably your playback offset is not set correctly. if you’re watching the computer and listening to external speakers you’ll need to change your offset. if you’re watching an external monitor and listening to the computer, you’ll need to change the offset.

that’s what it’s there for, to offset audio playback to sync with the video. default is 4 frames.
