  Linking to source camera files NOT an option

  I have an edited sequence in FCP 7. All the clips are ProRes HQ. The RAW files are .MXF from a C300 and .MOV from a 5D.

  I want to take this sequence to Resolve and link to the RAW files. When I import the XML – the checkbox for ‘Link to source camera files’ is greyed out and can not be clicked.

  My sequence was properly conformed in FCP and all my RAW files are in the media pool in Resolve, but still no option.

  Can someone tell me why and how to get into Resolve for grading?
