is it possible to link a mask on a tracker? in my case i need it because i like to hide trackingpoints in a video with a moving camera. i like to take a texture from beside the trackingcross und put it over it (all by moving camera). It would be easy if i can link the maske with the texture on the tracking information to hide to trackingcross.

    are there better ideas?

    thx pat

I think there’s a script floating around that allows you to attach track points to mask vertices. Try searching the forum, it seems like this question is asked more often than any other.

Alternatively you can easily link a masked layer to a tracker.

    Da Script:

It was written for Roto, but will attach mask vertices to trackers for any purpose.

It works as good as the track is.
