Lines with compression
I’m trying to compress video shot with a Canon 5d down under 2 gb to send through an FTP site. The problem is with all the compression types I’ve tried, I get what appear to be interlace lines on all the fast motion or sped up clips in the video. When export it uncompressed, it’s fine. Does anyone know what these lines in the video are?? Thanks!

Make sure your compression settings are set for progressive instead of interlaced?

It’s all prog. I even tried to switch settings with top first and bottom first just to see.. no change.
