    I wanted to make a graph with a line moving up and down.how could i make it with different colors. i used stroke and it worked fine but with only one color throughout the whole line.how could I change color on many parts of the line ?

    Hi, make a layer with the different colors and use the layer with the line as a track matte.

    You could also apply Colorama to the whole line and adjust the settings accordingly or apply to different segments of the line any of the effects like Tint, Change To Color, Change Color, HSL Colorize.

    A simple method: Draw the path for the graph on a solid.

    Apply Write On. Paste the Mask Path (not the mask) to the Brush Position.

    Animate Color using hold keyframes.
