While there’s a bunch of differentiators it looks like free is limited to 720 H.264 (my guess) given YouTube/Vimeo export and no DNxHD option.Avid has to be thinking about how to may a Free version that’s useful.
Looks like they may not have broken the dependency on Quicktime 7 yet
