Light Trail From Footage
Hey, I want to make a light trail from a running football player on green screen.
What I want is for the player to leave trails of glowing streaks from his own colors.Particular would work but I would have to make streaks for each part of his body and do lots of masks so I was thinking of an easier way with maybe the footage itself as a second layer to create the trails.
any help would be appreciated.

In addition to dave’s advice, you can use trapcode form to do this job. with form you may have more efficient sequence, but echo is efficient too…
