i know how to do the light writing and everything but in this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ox78WEmXQB8 they do it with a moving camera. I tried this but all of the key frames seem to stay on the video and dont go off.. Is there some type of solution to this or a different way of doing it with moving camera shots?

Some shots can be done with first stabilizing the shot, then animating the streak.

For some, there is 3D camera-tracking that should be done. You’ll need external trackersoftware like syntheyes 3D for this.

Not sure about light writing, usually I use different effects for that but what you see in this video it is most likely Trapcode Particular. It’s hard to say how did they match position of Particular’s emitter in AE`s 3D space to the source of the light in live footage, may be manually or may be with help of some tracker but anyway it was a lot of work with a lot of rotoscoping involved.
