Light spectrum beam with Trapcode Particular
Hi
Is it is possible to create a light spectrum beam coming out of a prism with Trapcode Particular?
I want to build something more realistic then the classic Pink Floyd Dark Side of the Moon cover abstract.
The blending of the light colors should be smooth.
The sprectrum beam should come out of a glass 3D prism that I made in C4D.Any help is appreciated.

you can use a layer as an emitter, and particles from that layer can take on color from that emitter layer.
so by animating a layer emitter that has the colors that you need, with setting that leave a trail of particles (essentially setting particle velocity to 0), i think it could work for you.
