  Library Items Missing

  When I attempted to use my Encore 2.0 this time most items normally shown in the Library Panel are missing. This has happened since I last used it 2 weeks ago. The few items are shown are all xxx.psd, there are no menus, buttons nor graphics.

  When I go to the Library folder all the sub folders have a file named 3676al.norm with the date stamp of today when I opened Encore. On a forum I found a message that suggested deleting the norm files with Encore closed.
  I tried that on one of my own subfolders, and Encore did generate a 1K new file, but when I tried to use that folder but it was blank.
  Fortunately I have a backup of all the library files, but when I tried copying one to different folder there was no increase in what was shown.

  It would appear that the file that is supposed to read the database is not functioning. Can anybody advise me if there is a solution short of a complete reinstall?
