IF we are speaking the last 2 encarnations of the Mac Pro Slot 2 counting up from as the video is slot 1

Same rules apply

SAS, SCSI, Fiber storage goes in the slot farthest (#4) from the Graphics card that came with your computer.

Kona Cards go into slot 3.

You might have some bottle necking with both a SCSI and SATA card in there, but it’s worth a try.

Also, SATA & SCSI seem to be playing well together. Good read/writes from each.
