LHe or Kona 3?
I’m cutting a CG animated series (no capture or layback in house-all file based) I need to view (at the same time) on HD LCD at 16:9 (component-no HD SDI) and 4:3 NTSC via SDI. Show is 720p 23.976 FCP project – cutting using DVCPRO 720p and mastering at 720p 10bit UNC. Can I view this with the LHe or do I need the Kona 3?

the Kona LH would be fine for your project.
The LH will even allow for the down convert to SD tape.
