October 17, 2007 at 1:20 amFoiled again Batman, I already ordered my copy from Apple, first the iPhone now this. The one thing that eases my pain is I always forget to mail in those rebates anyway. 🙂

October 17, 2007 at 10:21 amOr order from Amazon.com for $109 and skip that boring Mail-in rebate bit! You Americans love a mail-in rebate don’t you? How many of them actually get claimed for I wonder….
Glad my company needs a couple of family pack licences – should be a couple left over for me..

That’s the $64,000 question. Those who know can’t say anything.
Keep in mind, it’s not just FCP you need to worry about.
All third party hardware.
All third party software.Everything you own needs to work under Leopard for your system to work and be stable. If anything on your system is not working with Leopard, it could crash your entire FCP system even if FCP itself works fine.

That’s what we needed too. I’m going to install Leopard on my MacBook Pro and our iMac when it arrives. When it gets installed onto our editing systems will depend on how quickly our third party hardware / software vendors catch up.
