Lens Shade on Sony PMW-320K
I have a Sony PMW-320K with a Fujinon XS16x5.8A-XB8 lens. The lens shade does not have a screw mount like other broadcast lens I’ve used, but instead there seems to be a…LOCK – FREE… setting with a red dot to determine which side it’s on. OK seems simple enough, BUT I can’t move the darn thing. I’ve tried twisting it as hard as I could but it doesn’t budge.
Does anyone know how to move the lens shade to the FREE position so I may remove it? Thanks.

To answer my own question, jiggling the lens shade back and forth got it to come loose. Then I was able to twist it to the Free position and slide it off.
