Lens Flare plugin for Photoshop?

I used Red Giant’s Knoll Light Factory for years to make the most incredible PS composites… The program hasn’t been supported by Red Giant for years ago I’m unable to use it anymore with current PS version. Does anyone know of ANY PS plugins that would be comparable? I know everything is about motion now, but what about those of us doing effects work in stills? How can we design custom lens flares?

You might want to look at Boris FX Optics. It’s not cheap, but you get a subset of the Sapphire filters. It works with Photoshop, but also as a standalone application. It does way more than just lens flares, because it’s a complete photo processing/effects/manipulation application.
