Length of the sequence icreases in the timeline
Hello all,
The strangest thing just happened to me. I am cuting on FCPX, my editor uses Premier. He sent me mp4 version of the clip which is 4:58 min in length. I want to add CTA in the end. I imported clip to the library and in the browser it is 4:58. When I placed it on the timeline all od sudden it is 5:08. Does anybody know what is going on? To me this is a mystery. Thank you in advance.

Is there any filler on the timeline? Did you drag and drop or append to the timeline? And you are sure that first video starts at 00:00:00?

Thank you for your response. There is no filter. It starts at 0:00:00. I appended.

And the clip plays back fine on the timeline? Can you send a screenshot of the timeline with the clip on it?
