I had a M100 system years ago. I do not now.
I need to access a project from 2004.

    File says Version: Media 100 i 8.2.2

    Mac 10.6.4

    Using FCP and APP now.

Can anyone offer up how I can access this proj.? Output a EDL or something.

Do you know any current M100 users in your area?

Get the trial version of M100 Suite 2 and you’ll have 14 days to open the legacy project and export it via XML to FCP. Or… you might find after playing around with Suite 2 that you like it and that the $595 is well worth it. Especially since it will work with almost any of the I/O cards you’re using with FCP.

    Downloading now.
Website had my email on file – I was shocked.
Hope it opens the old files…

I wish I had thought of that. Great solution! By the way, Suite is a wonderful product. Up until a year ago I was running the first version of it. I hear nothing but great things since all the revisions. I’m sorry, but I have been heads up with my Final Cut friends and I will NEVER go that route. I’m hardcore Media 100 for very good reasons.
