Left corner of program
When I click “generate media” or “video event/pan crop” the window appears in the up left corner of program and I can’t move it from there, how to make it to be in the middle of the screen.

At the upper left of your highlighted region, there’s a series of dots going down. Click on those dots and drag away from that area. You’ve docked the window in the docking area by moving the window close to that area. To prevent it from docking, hold down the CTRL key when moving the window.
