Leaked info about new Nvidia titan cards.
For folks doing GPU intensive things in AE (like ray tracing or even big models in Element) there has been news leaked about new Titan cards.

Cool! Thanks for sharing. I was looking at the Titan when I went to build my current system and felt it was a bit overpriced, but mostly out of my budget. I went with the GTX 680, which is a pretty decent card for $450.
I read that bit about the AMD card that was just released as well. Pretty impressive card, but it’s too bad NVIDIA is in bed with Adobe already. I wonder how AMD could tap into that Mercury Playback technology, because those cards are a lot cheaper it seems.

Jason, I have a GTX570 that performs quite well. Im waiting to see how things pan out with CS7 before make that huge investment.

Agreed! Really hoping that they make the 3D Ray Trace renderer friendly with stuff that’s NOT extruded or using any of those features. If I only have one layer I want to bend or something with the 3D Ray Trac renderer, EVERYTHING else runs super slow too. Kind of annoying, but with this card, it’s at least doable if I have to do it. I also have the i7-3930K with 32gb of RAM, so not like I’m lacking in other hardware.
