So I’ve been getting this issue on and off for a few weeks. Sometimes when I load up CS5 I’ll be working on a layer and making adjustments. The adjustments aren’t showing up…UNTIL I turn layer visibility off then on again. When I turn visibility on again the changes are magically there.

For purposes of this post I’ll give an example. Right now I’m adding some eyelashes on a model. I was systematically erasing bits of the lashes to make them look less ridiculous. The eraser tool didn’t seem to be working. Nothing was changing the lashes. Flipped off visibility of the layer. Flipped it back on. Changes were made.

Now I can’t possibly see what I’m doing and turning the layer visibility off and on just to see a minor change is really f&^king annoying. Help??
