    layer options turned off

    hi my layer options are turned off (grey and unselectable) how do i turn them back on so i can make a new layer? i am copying and pasting into a doc and it pastes into the background layer whch is locked. how do i unlock it? i can’t seem to be able to create new layers. why is this?

    Use video presets to make those graphics… suspect you picked 16 bit
