  Launching the RAW image editor

  Is it possible to open the raw image editor and edit a JPEG file?

  In other words, I want the color balance, saturation and exposure controls I get when I launch a RAW file from the Bridge app… but I dont have a raw file..,. only a JPEG

  Failing that, is there a one-click color balance plug in for PS CS3 I can use to balance my image without messing with levels , curves and color balance?
