I have a 7 hours project to deliver all with PIP.

7×1 hour segments of power point and single talking head lecture :o(

Other than working indavidual PAN/CROPs in each PIP event – does anyone have any quick and dirty ways of doing the PIP so that it doesn’t break my soul?

    Thanks

There is a program called Ultimate S pro by Vasst. It will automate the PIP (plus do hundreds of other things quicker). Give it a go. They give you a free 15 day non-restrictive trial.

If you set up the PiP positioning via track motion and use that track just for PiP then all you have to do is drop the event you want in the PiP window onto that track in the correct postion on the time line and the PiP will be already formed.

    Thanks Terry,

your answer has cured my worries – and solved a few more that would have cropped up – just needed to change the way I think about doing a normal process.

    Perfect.
