    Lag problem of D5000 video with Adobe cs4

    i’ve been having some lag problems with footages shot on nikon d5000. Sometimes it doesnt play. Tried all the seq presets but still the same.

    I’m using Adobe PPro / AE CS4.

    What causes this? and how will i solve this (without shifting to CS5 since im only using a 32-bit processor)
