  LA area CPA & Ent. Lawyer recommendations

  Can anyone in the LA area recommend a CPA and/or entertainment lawyer? I’m a “W-2” type of guy but I might be getting some 1099 work soon and want to make sure my tax situation and work contract are on the up and up.
