I have a project captured off an SxS card.

In FCP, it’s an HDV project. The LHi Control Panel reports it’s DVCProHD50, and gives me a green screen. Audio comes through fine.

I loaded up another HD project, and the Kona works as expected (great) on it, just not this one project.

I can finish the job without the Kona. I’m just wondering what’s going on. Any ideas?

    Thanks,
    Jim

Had this issue a few months ago where FCP/Kona kept flipping into DV50 in Edit to Tape. The sequence was originally HDV but the editor had left it in 1440×1080 when exporting a ProRes QT. Changing the aspect ratio (exporting a new 1920×1080 QT) fixed the problem.

An undocumented feature of the 6-legged kind.
