May 25, 2011 at 5:03 pmJust wondering if maybe that screwed something up:

I have an LHi, and Kona 3, but I don’t have a Panasonic deck here at the moment. Plus things are working, I’m staying put for now.

May 25, 2011 at 5:07 pmAh… Just did a software update. I typically turn software updating off once I have the systems up and running. Which they were. This must have just come out in the past month. Gonna run this update on all our suits after lunch. and see what happens.

May 25, 2011 at 5:09 pmHave you installed the prokit update? Everything works on all our systems except for that kona LHi problem. Which there’s super easy work arounds for since we have 2 other suites that perform the operation fine and the operation works fine via firewire.

No. That’s why I was asking if you did.

May 25, 2011 at 5:20 pmNow you’ve got me second thoughting it. Once I have all the suites in working order I don’t do any kind of update other than firefox and itunes. if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. Might hold off on the prokit update till i can see if anyone else can recreate this problem.

Sorry bud. i wish I could help you more. My K3 machine is still 10.6.4, not that it means anything.
This feels like it’s a more systemic problem, though.

May 25, 2011 at 5:24 pmThe guys at AJA were on 10.6.4 or 10.6.5, I don’t remember off the top of my head. And they could perform the operation properly. Weird as all hell.

Oh how hurtful!!! I resent that remark, and there are others who probably do to… And, on top of that, you misspelled Jeremy’s name. A full retraction is necessary Matt, otherwise I’m going to send Guido the killer cow over to your house for a little sport at your expense.
