Kona LHi – Device Off-line
I finally have client approval to master their spot to Betacam SP and My Kona LHi is missing.
The Kona LHi has been perfect for the 4 months that I have had it until today.
The Aja control panel says Aja Hardware is missing! / device offline..
Anybody run into this before. It was working fine yesterday
The room was a little warm when I walked in today. Does Kona have a heat problem?

Hi Nate,
Sounds like an issue for AJA Support. If you have tried uninstalling and reinstalling your Kona drivers and it still does not show up, you may have a bad card. This happened with my Kona3. Just wasn’t there.C
CAll AJA Support, give them your serial number and they will overnight FedEX you a new card. And if it is out of warranty, they will STILL FedEX you a new card!, you will just need to pay the shipping. Then they will need you to send in your defective card. Done. These guys are great!My Kona 3 card was purchased 2nd hand and arrived DOA and they STILL sent me a brand new Kona 3… I was floored!
