Kona LHi Component Capture Issue
Good morning,
I’m sure you all will have a simple fix, but I’m trying to capture a DVD via component inputs through my Kona LHi in Final Cut.
I’ve verified (on a separate monitor) that I’m getting a good signal through the DVD player and cables.
My AJA control panel is set for analog input, although it is displaying a 1080i30 signal. Is this part of the issue?
I’ve tried to set my FCP capture settings for 525 29.97 Prores, but all I get (on any capture setting) is multicolored static and roll on the screen.
What am I missing, guys?

OK, just solved the issue. Switched DVD players.
The previous one was a Magnavox DVD recorder. If output was set to progressive scan, would that have an effect? I’ll do some testing.
