Kona Lh sync problem after 20mins ingest
Hello everyone, I have Kona LH in my XServe to capture live feed. The issue started after twenty minutes of caputering, then I would have a Frezzed frame and then the audio and the video get out of sync. Anyone here experienced that? or what could be the cause? Thanks

Sounds like dropped frames. What kind of drive system are you capturing to?

I’m ingesting into my XRAID, could it be my Raid is bad?

What format of video are you digitizing? What speed is your RAID running at. Use the Kona system test program to test your drive speed. Also, how is the RAID formatted? For video it should probably be RAID 5 or RAID 0.

Hi Arnie,
I’m capturing it DV NTSC, i did a test for 720×486 8bit and the result for write is 267 MB/s, read 239 MB/s. I right clicked and got the Raid format as Mac OS Extended (Journaled).
