Kona Causing High Pitched Noise From Inside Mac Pro
I installed the LHi into slot 3 of my new Mac Pro. When I turned the computer on, the card itself started making a high pitched sound. When I slightly jiggle the card the sound is effected, and it goes away when I remove the card.

Please consider contacting AJA Technical Support on Monday; it sounds like the fan attached to the card might have an issue. AJA Technical Support can help you get a replacement if that is indeed the issue. You can reach them Monday through Friday between 9am and 5pm PST.

mine also does this. it is however 2 years old
can i just replace the fan?? or do i have to buy a whole new card??? -
