The XLR audio is AES/EBU digital audio. If you want to use these feeds, you can pick up an AJA ADA4 A/D converter to convert the digital to analog. I use a Flying Cow converter in one room and the ADA4 in the other.

    Hi Legend –
If you own the Kona K3-Box with your Kona 3 board, it has two analog RCA outputs on it, which are monitor outputs. This product from AJA costs only $299, and will allow you to plug directly into your Mackie 1202 LINE INPUTS (don’t use the XLR inputs on your 1202 – they are MIC inputs). So you will need to get RCA to 1/4″ TRS audio cables to hear something. Everything else that Walter has mentioned will work as well, but will probably cost more money.
