November 11, 2011 at 3:36 amKi Pro and Ki Pro Mini v3.0 firmware development is progressing. AJA originally hoped to release the firmware update by the end of October. With any update, AJA believes in thorough testing before release.
The firmware should be ready within the next few weeks. We appreciate your patience and are sorry that the release is a bit later than originally projected.

February 17, 2012 at 10:08 amHi all,
I had a quick look at V3.AJA clearly made big efforts on the new firmware.
But… I tend to say, failed. Sony SxS Pro Cards 32GB/64GB not supported??!I tried both, formatted as HFS; but recognized as unsupported media. Who in the world buys Wintec
FileMate SolidGO ExpressCard?Btw. Alexa also triggers REC with Canon XF/C300 Metadata Setup…
Cheers,

February 17, 2012 at 12:10 pmHello Sam,
I agree with you! Why not Sony-Cards??
“Btw. Alexa also triggers REC with Canon XF/C300 Metadata Setup…”
–> what do you mean with this? Is it possible to trigger the Kipro
with the Alexa?Best regards,
Gerhard
