I am having our KiPros 2.0.0.125 play out anything but Pro Rez 422 1920×1080. I have “SDI Output” set to file format, but the clips do not even appear in the display. They are in the AJA folder.

    What am I missing?

What format are the files in question?

    Format
    Frame Rate
    Codec

.if the files were not recorded in the KiPro check the audio setting of each file, most app’s render audio at 16 bit. not the 24bit 48k audio that the recorer is looking for.

    HI Gary,
We get files from a variety of clients for play out. So it looks like I need to convert everything to Pro Rez 422 or am I missing a better solution?

    Uh, yeah

the unit only sees what it creates, which is Apple’s ProRes, what made you think the unit would see any other format on the drive modules?
