My Keyspan USA-28x B USB to serial adapter has stopped working. It was working with an older version of M100, I’m just not sure when it stopped working.

I am running M10013.0 with an AJA LHe on a Quad core running OSX 10.5.6.

Although I can see 3 choices for the serial control, the Kona Serial is the only one that works.

I have been to Keyspan/TrippLite’s website and downloaded what I though was the most recent driver.

Is anyone else using this Keyspan adapter successfully?

    Thanks,

    Matt

I called Keyspan TS and they sent me the correct drivers. It’s working again. Yeay.

    Matt,

I’m installing and HDe system now. If you have a link or a driver #, I’d much appreciate it.

Just FYI: The RS422 port on the Kona card/Breakout Box does not require an additional driver. This is included in the Kona installer. You only need an extra driver if you are using one of the older Keyspan RS422 adaptors.

    Thanks Floh,

I’ll likely just pick up a new cable so I don’t have to mess with it, this one is 9 pin to serial with a Keyspan serial to USB adapter.
