  Keylight and HD footage

  I am pulling keys from green screen footage shot in HD 1920 x 1080 and creating a travelling matte as the actor walks across the stage.

  Is it best to work with de-interlaced footage then render out the final as interlaced?

  The footage I have been provided with still has the fields visible making it difficult to get a clean key out and to mask close to the actor’s body.

  Project is due next Friday so some urgency is required…
