Keying out green screen, but after render it comes back
I’m working in HD and I Keyed out all the green and it looks great, but then i render it and pieces of the green come back. I’ve never encountered this before.

What flavor of HD? Whose capture card?
Which versions of FCP, OS, and QuickTime?
Have you checked to make sure all of the render settings are set to be of high quality?
