i have just loaded ae 5.5 on my new mac tiger, latest everything. my keyframes are not moving linearly, they are floating if you will from one to another. i know a little about ae, i’ve worked on it for about 5 years, but can’t find the preference to turn off this fluid wobbly motion. i just want boring linear go here, stop. go directly here without spacing out. any thoughts?

    thanks, nic beery

Ummm… Set the default keyframe interpolation to linear instead of bezier, I think it’s in the animation menu.

It’s in preferences. PREFERENCES > GENERAL > DEFAULT SPATIAL INTERPOLATION TO LINEAR.
