Keyframe Movement Problem
Ok so I have a 2D character rig and when I do a keyframe on the right arm it is smooth how it’s supposed to be. But when I keyframe the left arm it is a sharp movement.
(I am new to after effects)

Is that rubber hose?
Maybe the rig for the left arm is upside-down, you could try re-rig – it looks like an expression/orientation issue more than a keyframe interpolation issue. -
it’s not upside down. When I go foward to 5 frames or any frames and drag the left arm it automatically goes to the correct position
