is there a way to keyframe expressions in after effects 6.5?
what i mean is that i want a layer (text/solid/whatever) to wiggle using an expression and after 2 seconds i want it wiggle faster, is there any way to do this by keyframeing the expression and not by splitting the layer?

Yes. You add a slider (expression controls) effect to the layer. Highlight the expression text that you want to animate (freq?) then pickwhip it to the slider value in the timeline. Then you animate the slider value with keyframes.
