Keyboard shortcuts not available in PPRO 2020
I just updated to the April 2020 release of Premiere Pro on a PC. When I tried to access the Keyboard Shortcuts in the Edit tab, nothing happened. It didn’t take me to the usual keyboard layout. Just nothing. I’ve removed and reinstalled this version, rebooted the computer, etc. Any thoughts why the Keyboard Shortcuts aren’t showing up? Thanks!

Do you have a previous version of Premiere on your computer? If so, just import the .kys file from user settings of the previous version.

I did try copying the [Custom] .kys file and put them in the new 14.0/Profile folder, but it didn’t work for me.

Trash prefs, trash cache to see if you can get it back to a normal state.

At least I’m thinking the way that you are. I did trash the preferences and all the media cache folders. Still didn’t work. I’m headed back to 2019 version for a while.
