    Hi all,

    I have a G5 that I upgraded to Leopard. Version 10.5.7 Build 9J61.

All of a sudden I no longer have working volume controls on my keyboard. Instead they work the Desktop, Expose and Spaces. I don’t use those controls. I need my audio back.

I went into the Keyboard setup in System Preferences and could not locate the application to reassign the F10 through F12 keys to control the audio. The audio is working fine, it’s just that I can’t control from the keyboard anymore.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

    Thanks!

In system preferences under keyboard & mouse go to the keyboard tap and uncheck the box that says use f keys as standard keys.
