  Key Frames in FLV renders?

  VP6 FLV KEY FRAMES settings ???

  For inter frame video options on my Flash encoder – what’s the real
  criteria for setting the keyframes rate?

  I think it defaults at about 60.. I’ve tried going up but it’s difficult to actually tell what the effect will be in the real world.

  is it contingent on length, or video content, or both?
  any guidelines – going which way on the scale of more or less keyframes results in the best looking video for video content with movement of various degrees.
