JVC GY-HD200U Lens Problem?
This is a pretty general camera/lens question but it is a JVC camera so I figured I’d check here. The company I work for has a JVC GY-HD200U camera with the Fujinon Th16x5.5BRM Lens. When I get a tight closeup on an object I can focus on it clearly but, when I zoom out the focus point changes. If I’m more than fifteen feet away from anything I can’t keep it in focus. I assumed the backfocus was off and tried to test it out but the test passed (perhaps I don’t know an intricate enough test). Is this something I can fix on my own or something I should take in to a repair shop? Or rather is this just an issue I will have to live with?

Evan – Sounds like an out of focus back focus.
