  • JVC GY-HD 250U manual white balance settings?

We have been using multiple 250Us to perform live multicamera shoots. I noticed that on one of the cameras the white balance was set to 3200k instead of the 3400k that all our other cameras are set for. I thought it would be easy to manually change the camera with the 3200k color temp to match the 3400k of the other cameras, but I was wrong. The 2 available presets on the camera from the menu were set to 3200k and 5600k. From what I can see the camera will not allow you to change either of these 2 values. I also tried re-white balancing the camera but I was getting different color temp values other than 3400k. I looked in the manual and in the camera menu and I can’t find a way to manually select a color temperature. These are good cameras I can’t believe that there isn’t a easy way to perform this operation that I don’t know about. Any ideas? How do you manually set the white balance on a 250U?

    Thanks!
