  JVC gy hd 100 camera blue box on screen & eyepiece

  I have a JVC gy hd 100 that has a weird blue box on the left of the viewfinder and eyepiece screens. The focus is also soft and I cant appear to whit balance. Can my settings be wrong? HELP Please call with suggestions !!!!
